Key Information Before Booking
Please note:
Due to current council restrictions, a maximum of two dogs are permitted per booking slot. If you wish to bring more than two dogs, you will need to book consecutive time slots. We hope to increase this limit in the future and appreciate your understanding.

First-Time Visitors
Once your booking is confirmed:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with directions.
- We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.
- There is no Poo Fairy so please clean up and take home any poo bags and toys
Important Notice Regarding Restricted Breeds
In accordance with the requirements of our insurance policy, we cannot accept bookings from any owner with a dog that is listed under the following legislation:
- The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (England & Wales)
- The Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010
- The Dangerous Dogs (Northern Ireland) Order 1991
- Or any replacement or updated legislation
This includes, but is not limited to, breeds such as the Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro.
We appreciate your understanding, as this is a strict condition of our insurance cover. If you are unsure whether your dog is affected, please consult the relevant legislation or your local authority before booking.
